2024 Annual Appeal: Featuring the Gift of Life Garden. The gift that keeps on growing.

Jason was a father to three kids, a dedicated husband, and an overall great man. After his passing, he became an organ and tissue donor.

Brad lived more life in his 41 years than most people do in a lifetime. He was a friend to all, and our family will miss him every day.

Most people have two healthy kidneys (although it's possible to be born with one and live a healthy life!)

ConnectLife's mission is to educate the community, inspire donation, and connect lives. Take a look inside all that happened in 2023.

Nicholas was an amazing father, son, and friend. He loved his children, Jackson and Grace, his mom Lorie, and his rescue dog Winter.

Logan was a sweet and generous 16-year-old sophomore in high school who loved singing, acting, and all living things.

April 15 will forever be the day we remember the loss of an extraordinary young man. At only 29, he left this world with a legacy of love.
