Meet Our Teams
Clinical Services - Organ
As a mission-driven organization, we are passionate about our lifesaving work. From donor family support to clinical procedures, the Organ Services team is focused on improving every aspect of the donation process, from donor care to transplant timing. We work closely with area hospitals and medical professionals to ensure that every patient and family that wants to donate has the chance to do so. We evaluate family needs and offer support, grounded on empathy and respect. We medically manage donors and ensure there are recipients that can potentially be matched with each lifesaving gift, working with transplant centers across the country. We also support transplant surgeons and work to ensure the viability of each recovery of donor gifts.
What You Can Expect
Our HR team will review your application, and if you meet the job’s minimum requirements, we may contact you to set up an initial phone screen to dive deeper into your resume and discuss the open position(s). Upon initial review from the job’s Hiring Manager, you may be invited for a first round interview. You can expect some positions may require a second round interview, but you will be notified throughout the process of our decisions.
