How will blood donors receive their free Buffalo Bandits ticket after donating?
The day after you donate, you will receive an email from ConnectLife with a link to the site and a unique code that will be used to redeem your ticket. You will be able to purchase additional tickets at this time, and the promo code will need to be entered at checkout. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ACCURATE EMAIL ON FILE WITH CONNECTLIFE!
Why are we only getting one ticket this year?
With the quantity of donors rising each year, the Buffalo Bandits unfortunately don’t have the ticket inventory at KeyBank Center to give each donor two (2) tickets.
How will donors buy another ticket, and will it be next to the one they get for free?
The donors will utilize the link sent by ConnectLife to access both choosing their seat
and their guest(s) seat. When they enter the site, it will give the donor the available
inventory we have for the game they have selected.
Can donors buy more than one additional ticket and if so, how many?
Yes, donors can purchase up to seven (7) tickets total – eight (8) total tickets in the
transaction (including the one (1) free ticket). The discount will be honored for
all tickets purchased through the ConnectLife Page.
What will be the cost of additional tickets?
Additional ticket costs will vary depending on the game selected as well as seat location. The discount on the ticket(s) will be added at checkout.
Are tickets for set dates/date ranges?
Yes, all available game dates will be listed on the ticket website.
Where will the seats be?
Seats will be available in the 300 level of KeyBank Center. The donor can select their seat location in the 300 level.
What happens if I can’t find a free seat plus discounted seat(s) for one of the games?
This should not be a problem - the inventory is carved out specifically for this promotion. The Buffalo Bandits ticket office team is planning to monitor as needed.
